Brewers cut Tapia, clear way for prospect Frelick

The Milwaukee Brewers designated veteran outfielder Raimel Tapia, 29, for assignment on Saturday, clearing the way for 2021 first-round draft pick Sal Frelick, 23, who had been with Triple-A Nashville, to make his major league debut.
